In the ever-growing competitive era, it is essential both for the educator and the students to find a collaborative environment and a strong school culture for a promising future. An optimized level of clarity from the teachers is the only way to build clarity. However, a complicated teacher evaluation process and confusions regarding multiple subjective forms make the entire process a complicated one. Our clients wanted to develop an approach that allows both parties to flourish under the qualities of communication, adaptability, self-reflection, goal setting, etc. Their objective was to build a platform that increased student outcomes while saving money on teacher training and recruitment.
