The Challenge

The project idea was quite simple to explain but equally complex to execute. The client, who is the owner of one of the top-rated driving schools in the states, wanted to partner with Biz4Group to modernize the traditional way of offering driving lessons. He had envisioned a mobile app where students can register and schedule driving lessons as per their comfort. The added convenience and ability to continue learning at your own pace is what makes the app so unique. The idea had many business requirements to map, which the expert team at Biz4Group successfully resolved.

Insights

Conceptualized and developed the Driving Academy app that allows students to schedule their lesson times according to instructor availability. The app allows the admin to create a student’s profile and assign them to a specific location. The admin has full access to adjust student hours, allow extra hours, modify the outstanding balance, schedule in-class training, and make instructor schedules.

The app has three different panels for each user type:

1. Admin panel with complete access and control over the app functionalities.

2. Student panel with features like tracking hours, scheduling lessons, making payments.

3. Instructor panel with features like verify student attendance for lessons, comment on student performance during the lesson, and have weekly schedules available.
