The Challenge

The healthcare domain has been quite slow-paced when it comes to incorporating advanced web technologies. One of the main reasons behind the moderate adoption is the sensitive healthcare data. The healthcare client, who understands the importance of securing patient data, came up with an idea to create an online platform for patients that is not just secure but practical and efficient as well. Biz4Group took up the challenge of developing the online appointment booking platform while complying with sensitive patient data protection standards.

The platform is a self-service tool for patients to book healthcare appointments. It is a completely HIPAA compliant and behavioral health responsive website. Once logged in, patients can book their appointments to avail various healthcare services. The platform also allows potential candidates to search and apply for relevant jobs within the healthcare domain. Candidates can either upload their resumes or fill out direct job applications listed on the job portal.
